Cookies and tracking

We do not set cookies and we do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this site. Stripe’s checkout and the Google Fonts we load may handle your data under their own policies (see below).

Who we share data with

We use a small number of service providers to run the shop. They only process data on our behalf or for the stated purpose:

We do not sell your data. Some providers are based outside the UK (for example in the USA); where that happens we rely on a lawful transfer mechanism, such as the UK–US data bridge or standard contractual clauses with the UK addendum.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, to move it to another provider, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where we rely on consent you can withdraw it at any time. Email london.racket.lab@gmail.com and we will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk (0303 123 1113). We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.

Children and changes

This site is not aimed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we change this policy we will update the date above.
