Every Trapdoor is custom-made for your specific racket. We stand behind the fit — if it doesn't sit right, we'll make it right.

Fit guarantee — free replacement. If your Trapdoor does not fit your racket properly, we will send a correct replacement free of charge. Just email us a photo of the issue within 14 days of receiving your order.

What's covered

The Trapdoor doesn't fit into your racket handle cavity
The Trapdoor is loose, wobbly, or falls out during play
The Trapdoor is too tight and can't be inserted without force
Manufacturing defects — cracks, warping, wrong colours
Premium image significantly different from what you approved

What's not covered

Every Trapdoor is custom-made to your exact specification, so we do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind — colour preference, different initials, or deciding you'd prefer another design. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Change of mind on colour, text, or design choices
Normal wear and tear from regular play
Damage caused by modification or improper use
Ordering the wrong racket model (please double-check in our compatibility section)

How to claim

Email us at london.racket.lab@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order details and a photo of the fit issue. We'll get back to you within 24 hours and ship a replacement free of charge.

Shipping

All orders are made to order and ship within 3–5 working days from London, UK. We currently ship within the UK only, at a flat tracked-shipping rate of £4.95, shown before you pay. Replacement shipments under the fit guarantee are always free of charge.
